Job Description

Reporting to the Chief Marketing and Communications Officer, the Digital Marketing Manager will drive McDonogh's digital presence while advancing the School's Mission, Vision, and Values. This role requires a strategic thinker and skilled storyteller who can transform ideas into compelling digital content across multiple platforms.

Essential Functions



Lead strategic oversight of McDonogh's website, including content creation, news updates, maintenance, and SEO optimization Drive and manage comprehensive website relaunch project Analyze digital performance using Google Analytics and related tools to inform data-driven marketing decisions Develop and execute social media strategy, including content calendar management and community engagement Create and implement digital and print advertising campaigns aligned with institutional goals Leverage AI tools and emerging technologies to enhance digital marketing while maintaining brand authenticity Other duties as assigned Compensation will be offered in the range of $65,000- $75,000. Individual offers will be specific, and based on education, experience, and benchmarking parameters.

Recommended Employment Qualifications




Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, or related field with 6-8 years of relevant digital marketing experience; Master's degree preferred.

Additional Experience



Experience with website content management systems, social media platforms, and digital analytics tools Must have a strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional writing skills (samples required)

Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Track record of building strong relationships with stakeholders across all levels

Working Conditions




Evening and weekend hours may be required from time to time. Lifting and carrying of equipment is not typical, but may be required on rare occasions. Lifting up to 25 pounds. Other working conditions include climbing stairs, walking around campus, sitting, standing, and significant computer use including extensive close use of a computer monitor. Reaching, grasping. Working in outside weather conditions.
