Charlotte Fabrics is a third-generation fabric company, serving the interior design and upholstery community. We\'re seeking a Digital Marketing Strategist who will use their creative vision and analytical skills to develop and deliver on marketing objectives. As a Digital Marketing Strategist you will develop comprehensive social media and email marketing strategies, and work with our content creators to make your strategy a reality. The goal is to enhance brand awareness, drive engagement, and increase conversions across our fabric brands. You will also lead the creation of the marketing campaign around the launch of our new designer fabric brand, 29 Park. Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute innovative social media and email marketing campaigns to increase brand visibility and conversions
  • Collaborate with our creative team to drive the direction of engaging content creation, including emails, blog posts, images, and video
  • Utilize knowledge of KPIs to analyze social media data/track campaign performance and optimize strategies
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in social media and digital marketing
  • Monitor user engagement and respond to comments and messages promptly
  • Identify, initiate, and nurture opportunities for partnerships and collaborations with influencers or other brands
  • Manage social media advertising budgets effectively to maximize ROI
  • Develop and implement content and marketing calendars to include emails, social media posts, and stories
Requirements:
  • Proven experience (2+ years) as a Social Media Strategist or similar role
  • Portfolio of successful social media campaigns
  • Experience with e-commerce marketing, email marketing campaigns, and marketing new product launches
  • In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms and their best practices
  • Strong analytical skills and knowledge of analytics tools to interpret data and draw actionable insights
  • Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively and independently in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in marketing, communications, or a relevant field
