Position Summary
The Digital Media Specialist is responsible for developing and implementing content across
NCJW?s digital channels, including social media, web, and email. The Specialist is a critical
member of the communications team, executing NCJW?s day-to-day digital presence by
interfacing with other departments and key stakeholders to elevate stories in line with NCJW?s
brand voice and visual identity.
Primary Responsibilities
? Drive NCJW?s digital strategy by developing and implementing digital content, including creating copy, graphics, GIFs, videos, shot lists, and other collateral as required.
? Execute communications projects from conception through publishing.
? Serve as the organization?s key storyteller by capturing photo and video content at events, conducting interviews, and leveraging senior leadership?s work to develop compelling, hard-hitting content ? including writing (internal recaps, blogs, op-eds, and more), photography, video (Instastories, Reels, YouTube, and more), and pull quotes.
? Manage NCJW?s digital communities by proactively engaging with responses on social media and inboxes, bringing anything noteworthy or concerning to leadership?s attention
in a timely fashion.
? Produce and facilitate online events, generally using Zoom Webinar
