GrowthAssistant is looking for a very meticulous, full-time designer to help us onboard existing and new clients by standardizing and preparing templates for our online Design Studio. This is a very task-oriented position. This role is great for designers who has attention to details and prefers administrative tasks!

Responsibilities:

• Prepare Adobe Indesign files for online templates
• Tagging variables within templates for automation purposes
• Create thumbnail PNG & JPG files using Photoshop
• Organize files and share them within our team
• Use our proprietary software to add templates to our portals
• Saving, organizing and filing creative assets for easy/quick access and swift coordinate / collaboration w/ creative department

Requirements:

• 3+ years of graphics editing experience
• Experience with Adobe Suite for graphic design (InDesign and Photoshop)
• Knowledge of print and social media design standards
• Self-motivated with a demonstrated history of working independently on design tasks
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects and deadlines
• Understands the standards of design and creates graphic work according to guidelines and brand standards
• Must have basic to intermediate Excel / GSheets
• Recent experience working on US hours (Preferably EST)
• Preferably has experience with online communication tools such as slack and gmail
