THE ROLE: Digital Strategy Director

Job Summary:

As a Lead Digital Strategy Consultant, you will assume a leadership role in shaping and driving digital transformation for our clients. Your expertise will be instrumental in guiding both clients and a team of consultants to develop and implement effective digital strategies that align with business goals and industry trends. You will provide strategic direction, thought leadership, and mentorship to ensure the success of digital initiatives and foster strong client relationships.

Strategic Leadership:

• Provide visionary leadership in crafting comprehensive digital strategies for clients, considering their unique objectives and challenges.
• Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to offer innovative solutions.
• Lead the development of digital transformation roadmaps, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

Client Engagement:

• Serve as a primary point of contact for key clients, building strong relationships based on trust and expertise.
• Conduct thorough needs assessments, identifying pain points and opportunities for digital enhancement.
• Collaborate with clients to define strategic priorities and shape long-term digital initiatives.

Team Management and Mentorship:

• Lead a team of digital strategy consultants, providing guidance, mentorship, and professional development opportunities.
• Set clear expectations, assign responsibilities, and ensure the team\'s performance meets or exceeds client expectations.
• Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture that encourages knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.

Digital Transformation Oversight:

• Oversee the implementation of digital strategies, ensuring projects are executed on time and within scope.
• Monitor project milestones and KPIs, adjusting strategies as needed to optimize outcomes.
• Offer expert guidance in change management strategies to facilitate smooth transitions during digital transformations.

Data-Driven Insights:

• Utilize advanced data analytics tools to extract meaningful insights from digital campaigns and initiatives.
• Translate data into actionable recommendations for optimization and improvement.
• Guide the team in making informed decisions based on data analysis.

Thought Leadership and Innovation:

• Contribute to thought leadership initiatives by publishing articles, speaking at conferences, and participating in industry events.
• Introduce innovative concepts and strategies that push the boundaries of digital excellence.
• Encourage a culture of innovation within the team and the organization.

Client Presentations and Relationship Management:

• Deliver high-level presentations to clients, articulating complex digital strategies with clarity and confidence.
• Address client concerns, answer queries, and provide strategic insights to maintain positive client relationships.

Collaboration and Cross-Functional Partnerships:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, technology, and design, to ensure holistic and integrated digital strategies.
• Seek opportunities for synergies across different departments to deliver cohesive digital experiences.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree in Business, Marketing, Digital Media, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience as a digital strategy consultant
• Proven experience in a senior-level digital strategy consultant or similar leadership role.
• Strong track record of developing and implementing successful digital strategies that drive business growth.
• Exceptional leadership and team management skills with a passion for mentorship.
• Deep understanding of digital marketing, analytics, technology trends, and user experience.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Prior experience working with diverse clients and industries is highly advantageous.
• A history of thought leadership, publications, or speaking engagements is a plus.
