Dining Assistant Manager

join our team and focus on providing the highest quality of service for our membership in all of our outlets including our 1920 Restaurant, Legends Bar, Pool, Fitness Window, Indoor Golf Center and Bar Carts. The Assistant Manager is to oversee the daily Food and Beverage operations in the support of the Manager of Dinning or General Manager. This individual will be responsible for ensuring that all Food and Beverage operations and Member services are coordinated to exceed member expectations, while initiatives to achieve the Club's revenue and profit objectives. Additionally, to train our staff to execute at the highest standards.



Job Responsibilities


Complete scheduled inventories and ensure proper administration processes are followed. Responsible for front of house scheduling and ensure that they meet budgeted labor target. Collaborate with the Food and Beverage team to create and implement new ideas. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local food sanitation and safety regulations. Be knowledgeable about the most updated laws and guidelines and communicate this information to the staff. Assures that all standard operating procedures for revenue and cost control are in place and utilized. Responsible for ensuring the service team is properly trained to deliver exceptional service and to create memorable moments for our members. Create an excellent work environment, centered upon teamwork and mutual respect, that is expected to focus upon member satisfaction while producing the Club's revenue objectives. Executes all menus, promotions, and programs in accordance with Club standards. Assists in closing and locking the facilities. Personally handle member, guest and employee complaints and advise the Member Dining Manager about appropriate corrective actions taken. Monitors and maintains the POS as it pertains to the dining operations. Actively visible during member dining hours. Responsible for beverage ordering, stocking, and inventory.



The successful candidate will have/be:


Minimum two years' experience in restaurant management in country clubs required Related Experience in Food and Beverage Service, Service Training is preferred Beverage Interest Including Wine, Cocktails and Craft Beer. * Proficiency with computer and restaurant software including but not limited to Microsoft Office, Email, Point of Sale, Social Media, etc.
