Job Description
TES Staffing is hiring floating crew members at one of the largest universities in Rochester, NY. We\'re looking for people that would like to start working ASAP and are able to swing between line cook, prep cook, and dishwashing positions.
This position is a contract to hire role. Permanent status includes FULL BENEFITS; 401K, tuition reimbursement, FULLY PAID healthcare through the employer, opportunity to join a union, and more.
Pay Rate: $15.00/hr - Paid weekly
Flexible scheduling, including both set schedules and on call/per diem.
Bus friendly location
Responsibilities of this position:
- Following food safety and sanitation
- Serve and replenish food for students
- Scratch cooking and reading basic recipes
- Assisting in dish room, clearing tables and lobby
- Customer service, assisting students with dietary needs
- Minimum 1 year of recent food industry experience
- Must be 18 years or older
- Must be reliable and punctual
- Team player and self-motivated
- Ability to effectively communicate and follow instructions
- ServSafe certification a plus!
