We\'re currently hiring Direct Hire Assemblers on 1st, 2nd, and weekend-only shifts at our state-of-the-art facility in Osceola, WI. Compensation for these direct hire opportunities is up to $22.75 per hour, depending on shift and experience:

• 1st Shift: Earn Up to $20.75 per hour, based on experience.
• 2nd Shift: Earn Up to $21.75 per hour, based on experience.
• Weekend Shift: Earn Up to $22.75 per hour, based on experience.

What a Direct Hire Assembler will do at Polaris:

• Prepare or build up vehicle parts, subsystems and components
• Install subsystems, parts and components into a vehicle on moving assembly line
• Perform checks and inspections to ensure good quality
• Use and operate various power tools, hoists and production equipment

What you need to be a Direct Hire Assembler at Polaris:

• Must be currently employed in a manufacturing, assembly or related industry
• Must have been with current employer for at least 1 year
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Must be able to work in a repetitive, fast-paced environment
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds, bend, twist, turn, kneel, squat, pinch, grip and reach overhead with or without reasonable accommodations
• Ability to push or pull up to 100 pounds with or without reasonable accommodations
• Ability to remain in a stationary position for up to 8-hours per day, with breaks
