Job Description

Duties:
- Provide direct care and support to individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities
- Assist with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication administration
- Implement individualized treatment plans and behavior support strategies
- Promote independence and community integration for individuals
- Ensure the safety and well-being of individuals at all times
- Maintain accurate documentation of services providedSkills:
- First aid and CPR certification
- Experience in childcare or working with individuals with special needs is preferred
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects or individuals as needed
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with individuals, families, and team members
- Understanding of resident rights and ability to advocate for individuals\' needs
- Familiarity with electronic documentation systems is a plusJob Type: Full-timePay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hourExpected hours: 25 - 40 per weekBenefits:

• 10 hour shift
• 4 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Evening shift
• Holidays
• Monday to Friday
• On call
• Weekends as needed
