$1,000 Sign-On Bonus

! Here's how it works:

$300

paid after 90 days of employment, upon successful completion of all required training and in-service requirements.

$700

paid after 9 months of employment.
Please note that all required federal and state taxes will be applied to the bonus.

QUALIFICATIONS:

High school diploma or GED preferred Valid Colorado driver's license and acceptable driving record Acceptable criminal background check Ability to successfully complete QMAP and First Aid/CPR training within 90 days of hire (paid training)
