Responsibilities
- Provide direct care and support to individuals in a group home setting.
- Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation.
- Observe and report any changes in patients' conditions to the appropriate healthcare professionals.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents.
- Utilize first aid skills when necessary.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure the well-being of residents.
- Engage in social work activities to promote the overall welfare of individuals.
- Demonstrate compassion and empathy in all interactions with patients.
