Job Description

As a DSP, you provide support in the person's own home and out in the community, typically with one person at a time. Our DSP's have the unique opportunity to build a rewarding career and to develop caring relationships with the people they work with.

Must be at least 18 years of age. High school diploma or equivalent

Communicate and work professionally

Read, write, comprehend, and communicate in English

Ability to maintain confidentiality

Successfully pass all post-offer, pre-employment screening requirement including criminal back ground check, drug screening, and provide proof of eligibility to work in the United States

Ability to run, push, pull, bend, squat, kneel, and lift

Responsibilities
- Provide direct care and support to individuals in a group home setting.
- Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation.
- Observe and report any changes in patients' conditions to the appropriate healthcare professionals.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents.
- Utilize first aid skills when necessary.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure the well-being of residents.
- Engage in social work activities to promote the overall welfare of individuals.
- Demonstrate compassion and empathy in all interactions with patients.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $17.25 per hour
