Job Summary
The Director of Admissions and Marketing manages all aspects of the patient referral and admission process. Facilitates and supervises all external and internal Marketing Activities for both inpatient and outpatient operations. Manages administrative responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities * Responsible for the direct supervision of Central Admissions Staff and Liaisons while maintaining an active role in the field for new business development and training/support of staff.

  • Supervises and assists in all aspects of the referral and in-house admission process.
  • Complies with administrative and financial responsibilities
Minimum Qualifications * Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in health care related field preferred.
  • Strong clinical background, with three to five years of marketing-oriented health care experience.
  • Knowledge of LTAC Prospective Payment System.
  • Working knowledge of Managed Care/Third Party Payers
  • Working knowledge of computer systems and electronic referral software.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
