Job Summary:

Reporting to the VP, Client Services, the Director, Client Services (DCS) is responsible for overseeing the team that deliver an exceptional client experience. The DCS develops, plans and executes the service and strategy plan in partnership with (and with the approval of) the VP. The DCS leverages a deep understanding of the suite of products and processes offered by Recruitics, to make recommendations about the products and services that might serve each client s individual needs.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

The Director, Client Services has direct supervisory responsibility for:

  • One or more Account Directors
  • One or more Account Managers
  • One or more Account Coordinators
Supervisory responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Ensuring team members are achieving expectations and outlining clear objectives on assigned accounts and tasks.
  • May recommend assignment and reassignment of accounts for VP approval and execute once approved.
  • Ensuring team members are participating in the learning modules that will position them for role success and career growth.
  • Execute twice annual performance evaluations for each team member, and meet regularly to conduct 1:1s and monitor progress against goals.
  • May support the VP, Client Services with other supervisory responsibilities as required.
Duties/Responsibilities:
  • Partners with the VP, Client Services to deliver the service/strategy plan to the Account team.
  • Leverages a deep knowledge of Recruitics suite of products and services to identify cross-sell opportunities and ensure the client receives excellent service.
  • Makes key decisions related to client delivery based on the feedback of the account team and with the approval of the VP, Client Services.
  • Partners with internal teams and external partners to create and execute effective marketing plans designed to meet and exceed client objectives.
  • Serve as a strategic resource during QBR delivery, participating in and possibly overseeing strategic growth projects.
  • Provides strategic guidance and ensures client objectives/initiatives are met by the account team.
  • Provides strategy for the overall revenue growth of the assigned book of business.
  • Client services is a team sport, so the DCS should be ready to support the VP, and account teams with critical action items in support of client needs, as business needs require. Flexibility is critical. Other duties will be assigned as needed.
Required Skills/Abilities:
  • At least two years of functional leadership experience, coordinating collaborative delivery against client needs.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships through superior customer service.
  • At least six years of hands-on experience developing and communicating customized media plans and marketing strategies, based on customer goals.
  • Demonstrated expertise with Recruitics products, processes and services, with a track record of successful recommendations that have lead to account growth.
  • Demonstrated understanding of analytics platforms and proven experience creating compelling deliverables of marketing performance using analytics.
  • Demonstrates organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively and independently in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Ability to successfully work in a collaborative environment and identify subject matter experts into any conversation to help solve complex customer challenges and objectives.
  • Provides consultative, strategic insights into customer data and makes recommendations designed to meet their business needs.
Education and Experience:
  • 6+ years of digital or online advertising industry experience
  • Previous Agency experience is required.
Target Salary Based on Experience

$93,912 - $129,130
