Job Description


The Director, Client Success is an individual contributor role responsible for developing and maintaining excellent relationships with existing health plan, employer, and/or health system clients to increase revenue, drive product utilization and retain clients.Responsibilities:On-going, detail-oriented relationship management with multiple client decision makers to ensure client retentionManage complex, consultative sales and client engagement processes for a large book of business with a significant amount of \'getting in the trenches\' expectedCoordinate with internal account management teams to ensure client satisfaction and operational efficienciesExceed annual revenue quotas by developing and securing new revenue opportunities within existing clients (e.g. upsells, additional member segments, renewals, etc.)Exceed annual client engagement quotas specific to utilizationDeliver compelling presentations that demonstrate client valueManipulate, interpret, and present data analysis to furnish recommendations for both high-level marketing plans and virtual care strategyLead oversight of customized promotions that fit health plan, employer and/or health system specific needs and regulationsForecast pull through sales projections and maintain active pipeline updates in SalesforceLead meetings onsite, offsite and virtually to demonstrate product capabilities to clientsAttend trade shows and industry events as designatedWilling to travel up to 50%Other duties as assignedQualifications:Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s in Business Administration or related field3-5 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in strategic account management, sales or business development in the healthcare industryUnderstanding of health plans and/or health systems from end to end: care management, claims, networks, marketing, clinical, 270/271 eligibility, claims, clearinghouses, credentialing, networks, marketing, provider onboarding and training, EMR/EHR (Epic, Cerner, MEDITECH, AthenaHealth) interoperability, ACO environments, IDN and related relationship structuresExperience working with physicians and C- suite executivesAbility to develop and interpret sales forecasts for partners, including a strong facility with ExcelHands on, strong team player, and fully accountable for delivering agreed-upon performance metrics.Ability to develop presentations to build a sales storyProven ability to close sales opportunities with Health Plans, Employers and/or Health SystemsHealth Plan, Employer and/or Health System product understanding (benefit models, industry norms, regulations)Experience with financial modeling specific to proposalsExperience with product demonstrations to senior executivesExcellent documentation and communication skillsThe ability to present to a variety of audiencesExperience and high proficiency in Microsoft Office productsIf you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an incentive compensation plan.We want you to be healthy, balanced, and feel secure.
