:Providence is calling a Director Finance who will:
Be responsible for the financial oversight of assigned ministries including but not limited to:
Knowledgeable on High Performing Network Financial Analysis
Monitoring financial performance
Variance reporting
Supporting the achievement of productivity and supply chain targets
Participating in ministry level management meetings
Serve as a key liaison to accounts payable and payroll process, in support of the managers and senior leaders throughout the ministries
Partner and engage in discussions with payor partners on value contract financial performance
Analytical and business insight expertise for successful financial performance across value-based contracts
Financial analytic support and modeling
Partner with key stakeholders across the Central Division
Assist with development of ministry budgets
Provide assistance as needed to the ministry senior management team and departmental leaders as they work to achieve annual and long term strategies
Lead special projects as assigned for both the ministry and the region
Review monthly financial statements
Partner with the PSJH accounting team to accurately reflect economics representative of operational and clinical services

Required qualifications for this position include:
Bachelor\'s Degree in Accounting, Finance or another related field of study
8+ years of experience in a leadership role or capacity
10+ years of closely related experience
Preferred qualifications for this position include:
Certified Public Accountant
HFMA or FACHE
