Job Description

Provide leadership and oversight to Identity and Architecture, including marketing, development, and support for MiLogin and the architecture group. Define and implement roles/responsibilities for the operation of the Identity and Architecture. The position is responsible for coordinating day-to-day delivery of MiLogin and architecture services toward the goal of providing an efficient, effective, and stable IT environment for the client agency/department users of the systems/processes under this administrator\'s jurisdiction. Collaborates with General Managers, Business Relationship Managers, the Service Delivery Division, within Cybersecurity and infrastructure Protection, ePMO, and other internal groups to deliver high-quality and cost-effective MiLogin and Architecture services to customers. The MiLogin and Architecture team Director must carry out all office administrative duties, such as planning and resource management in accordance with the customer Service Level Agreements. Develops budget recommendations and annual projections, monitors expenditures, and recommends solutions to budget needs related to MiLogin and architecture services. This position serves as the single point of accountability for service delivery for all matters related to MiLogin and Architecture team services.

Professional knowledge of principles and techniques of management, communication and organization required to direct and administer office programs, objectives, and goals. Advanced knowledge in application of information technology systems analysis and computer hardware operation. Ability to lead, manage, administer, and maintain control of the environment in high-pressure situations. Must possess exceptional communication skills.

Required Education and Experience

Education
Possession of a bachelor\'s degree in any major.

Experience
Two years of experience as a professional manager or program/staff specialist, or equivalent experience.

Alternate Education and Experience

Education level typically acquired through completion of high school and three years of safety and regulatory or law enforcement experience at the 14 level; or, two years of safety and regulatory or law enforcement supervisory experience at the 15 level, may be substituted for the education and experience requirements.
