This position is remote and will require on site in person meeting. We are only seeking candidates in the OR, WA, and CA region.

The Director of IT Governance and Controls will report directly to the VP of Architecture & Engineering. We are seeking a highly motivated individual with a broad range of technical skills and expertise in IT compliance, technical development, and information security controls.

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree In relevant area of study or equivalent educ/experience
• 8 years\' Experience in a combination of information technology & security and IT risk management
• 8 years Leadership experience in information security policy, standards, architecture, technology, and programs.
• Strong understanding of industry standards and regulations including: NIST, SOX, PCI, FedRAMP, StateRAMP, ISO, GDPR, CCPA, HITRUST, GxP, and others.

The salary range listed for this position MIN:$54.22 to MAX:$89.01 per hour is based upon the primary work location Portland, OR posted. This position is remote. Salary range and offers are determined by internal pay equity and geographic cost of living differences. Salary range will vary from State and region. Salary max is limited to 75% range in order to continue to offer internal pay growth. We welcome open and transparent discussions on salary at Providence.

The amounts listed are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
