The Director, Meetings & Events will deliver best in class event experiences for associates, clients, and prospects in the Institutional space! They will have a natural curiosity about the business strategy and use their skills build and perfectly execute programmatic experiences that support the objectives. The Director will be experienced in the development of broad initiatives, while engaging in project management, including creating and handling budgets, creating timelines and work plans, leading planning meetings and working teams, and partnering with senior leaders to provide frequent status updates. We are looking for a good communicator who keeps colleagues and partners advised. The candidate will be in command of sophisticated event logistics, including, but not limited to sourcing and managing speakers and vendors, and creating dynamic production schedules. The ideal candidate is skilled at producing both in-person and virtual experiences.
