Salary range (DOE) $130,000 to $165,000

Sign On Bonus* $10,000

Under limited supervision, the Director of Nursing (DON) plans, directs organizes, and evaluates nursing services to meet the total needs of the residents; ensures an efficient health facility operation in cooperation with other departments and in compliance with state and federal regulations. Provides care in accordance with our \xe2\x80\x9cPhilosophy for person-directed Care.\xe2\x80\x9d

REQUIREMENTS:

Education \xe2\x80\x93

• Completion of Accredited Licensed Nursing Program (RN)
• \xc2\xad\xc2\xadBS Degree, Masters Preferred or equivalent combination of education, training, and related professional experience

Experience/Training \xe2\x80\x93

• Minimum of 3 \xe2\x80\x93 5 years of professional managerial experience in related field
• Clinical observation and assessment skills
• Proficient computer skills necessary to complete documentation, review electronic health records and communicate with team members

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations \xe2\x80\x93

• Current RN license
• Current CPR certification
