The Director of Admissions Position:

The Director of Admissions will oversee and support the day-to-day activities of our intake department at our Nashville office location.

The Director of Admissions will determine the eligibility of persons needing home health services by obtaining sufficient information from each referral source. The Intake Coordinator will track all referrals (admissions versus non-admissions) and verify eligibility for all new referrals to make sure our agency is able to bill for services rendered. The Intake Coordinator must maintain knowledge of home care products and services offered by All Heart Home Care and all applicable insurance guidelines regarding eligibility for coverage and reimbursement. Additionally, the Coordinator will work closely with business development team, clinical managers, directors, and staff to ensure that all referral information are received and scheduled at a timely manner.

Qualifications:

• Current, valid, and unencumbered Tennessee RN license or Compact license
• Demonstrate a high commitment to customer service and quality standards
• Intake experience is preferred
• Home Health experience is required
• Strong interpersonal skills, excellent communication skills, and professional phone demeanor
