A few details about the role:

• Responsible for the clinical oversight of the Assisted Living and Memory Care neighborhoods including assisting the administrator in maintaining licensure and certification by ensuring compliance with Laws and Statutes for Assisted Living Licensure.
• Maintain current knowledge of applicable laws and regulations and provide a positive relationship with representatives of governmental agencies who survey and inspect the community.
• Develop and monitor appropriate budget and level of expenditures, justifying and explaining budget variances as necessary and rectifying variances within community guidelines and constraints.
• Conduct level of care assessments at least quarterly to assess for appropriateness in receiving assisted living services and ensures that service plans address residents\' specific needs.
• Participate with the interdisciplinary teams across the campus to ensure exceptional care and service for your residents and team members.

And here\'s what you need to apply:

• Current Minnesota RN licensure.
• Bachelor\'s degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Five years of applicable experience preferred.
• Experience in assisted living and memory care with geriatric required.
