Description: HighFive Healthcare powers the operational efficiencies of our Endodontic and Oral Surgery practice partners, so they can focus on what matters most \xe2\x80\x93 taking care of patients. HighFive Healthcare is a collaboration of sophisticated healthcare, financial, IT, and human resources professionals with 70+ years of combined operations management experience. The Director of Business Analytics will be responsible for overseeing, managing, and evolving all aspects related to HighFive Healthcare\xe2\x80\x99s digital services. Additionally, this position will be responsible for data modeling and schema representation, data processing, storage optimization, and access to data. This role is critical to HighFive\xe2\x80\x98s strategy towards maximizing growth and developing leading edge technology solutions that improve our patient experience. This position will be responsible for leading and building our Business Analytics program to create the end-to-end solutions in a digital platform required to understand trends and identify solutions for new revenue streams and growth opportunities.
Duties and Responsibilities
  • Ability to promote alignment and collaboration with subject matter resources across service lines.
  • Fosters innovation by leading teams with a growth mindset of experimentation, learning, and iteration.
  • Ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
  • Works collaboratively with company stakeholders to define, document, execute and deliver on business/systems requirements, and criteria to support the company\'s health informatics strategy.
  • Leads and interfaces with relevant parties to create practice and departmental dashboards to maintain/accelerate progress to meet informatics projects outcomes.
  • Oversees the design and development of the business intelligence, and analytics strategy, including policies, and frameworks. Responsible for Business Intelligence and Analytics and the companywide adoption of Business Intelligence tools.
  • Defines projects and creates a roadmap to execute the vision.
  • Supports large/complex health informatics projects, by identifying key workflows, establishing departmental/cross functional teams, developing project plans, milestones, and structures to communicate, report, execute and deliver on defined goals.
  • Communicates strategic and operational intelligence concepts and findings to all levels of the organization. This includes developing communication vehicles that summarize conclusions and recommendations from projects, presenting actionable data, and proposing strategic and operational options for consideration by the organization.
  • Advanced knowledge of health care, business intelligence, health care analytic modeling
  • Ability to work well with all levels within the organization, including executive and mid- management, information technology and direct reports.
  • Provides thought-leadership with all matters related to BI & Analytics as a Business Partner.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in information technology, a quantitative field or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in analytics.
  • Experience in statistical analysis and predictive modeling a plus.
  • 5+ years of experience working with customer processes and systems, customer channels, connected products, innovative service models and/or digital transformation.
  • Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
  • Willing and able to travel to meet practice needs.
  • Manage a team of 2 \xe2\x80\x93 3 individuals.
  • Facilitate operational design for analytical models driving both operational and enabler metrics.
  • Experience building user-facing products, technical infrastructure, and supporting data systems.
  • Experience innovating and executing on practice strategies, processes, technologies and change management activities to improve top-line performance.
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • A strategic thinker with the ability to lead by example to deliver set tasks, objectives, and strategic priorities.
  • Experience managing multiple stakeholders and completing projects.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with planning and managing projects.
  • Experience producing presentations and reports.
  • Extremely versatile and dedicated to efficient productivity.
  • Excellent communication including interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent skills in managing competing priorities requiring strong attention to detail.
  • Results-oriented, flexible, and demonstrates ability to organize and prioritize work assignments.
  • Proficiency in SQL and at least one programming language (Python, etc.)
  • Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and change management.
