:ResponsibilitiesDirector of Business Development Opportunity -Fuller Hospital is a 109-bed licensed, private psychiatric facility located in South Attleboro, Massachusetts providing inpatient and outpatient behavioral health services to residents of Massachusetts and Rhode Island. Inpatient units are designed to treat adults with general psychiatric or intellectual disabilities, as well as adolescents with general psychiatric issues. Patients with co-occurring psychiatric and substance abuse disorders can be treated on most units. Fuller Hospital also provides a Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) to patients with psychiatric and co-occurring psychiatric and substance abuse disorders.Website:The Director of Business Development is a vital part of Fuller Hospitalxe2x80x99s senior leadership team. This is a full time, Monday xe2x80x93 Friday, 40 hour per week position.ResponsibilitiesDevelops budget and annual business plan in cooperation with facility CEO and CFOPrepares and monitors the annual marketing department budgets and develops controls to maximize spend and minimize expensesRegularly analyzes results of referral development calls, evaluates, and prioritizes referral targets and, modifies strategies as needed. Analyze data, prioritize and monitor quality outcomes and measures.Develops, implements, and monitors the Quarterly Strategic Plans and updates periodically to evaluate goals to planWorks with appropriate leadership team members to regularly obtain and effectively analyze and communicate available clinical outcome and patient satisfaction dataMakes contacts with referral sources and establishes appropriate professional relationships with potential and current referral sources. Routinely communicates with referral sources regarding satisfaction level with treatment at the facilityDevelops and maintains a current knowledge of general economic and business status of the behavior healthcare market within the Massachusetts marketplace and provides management with relevant information and strategic plans, as appropriateMaintains and regularly updates analysis of facilities competitors within the Massachusetts market including programs, bed availability, SWOT, and, parent company, if applicableParticipates in the conception and development of various referral source campaigns including, but not limited to print, direct mail, collateral, advertising, social media and web targetsDevelops and implements programs, projects and activities that enhance the communityxe2x80x99s positive perception of the organization and services; demonstrates ability to use press releases, seminars, open houses, community education programs, health fairs, etc., as strategic toolsEngages organizationxe2x80x99s staff in image-building efforts; effectively identifies and utilizes talents of staff in public relations activitiesBenefit Highlights
