Employees can expect to be in the office a couple of days per week as needed for meetings and team collaboration and should live within a commutable distance.What we do:The Operations and Resiliency Group (O&R) operates and oversees the provisioning of financial accounts and services for the Federal Reserve Bank of New York, including the distribution of currency for the Second district as well as gold safekeeping operations on behalf of the Federal Reserve System, and provides critical operations support to the broader Bank including law enforcement, business continuity and resiliency.Your role as Director of Business Operations:As the Director of Business Operations, you will lead a team that partners and supports our business leaders and business subject matter experts on a variety of activities that ensure the smooth functioning of Group operations, ensuring seamless collaboration with Bank stakeholders and partners in the delivery of value-added services to achieve business outcomes. Responsibilities include administrative and executive support, business continuity, communications, identity access management, people and engagement, real estate, records management, and vendor management activities.Reporting to the O&R Chief Operating Officer in the Business Services Function, the Director of Business Operations will also serve as the Group\xe2\x80\x99s Chief Administrative Officer, representing O&R on Bank initiatives and work groups, and will build, lead, and develop a diverse team of business operations, administrative, and executive support professionals.
