The Director of Channel Partners will develop and manage relationships with channel partners to drive sales and revenue.

The Director of Channel Partners will be responsible for identifying and onboarding new partners, providing support and training, and managing the performance of existing partners. The Director of Channel Partners will have experience in channel management, oil and gas valve products, effective communication and interpersonal skills, and a deep understanding of the sales process.

  • Manage the expectations and performance of existing partners and develop strategies to improve their sales and revenue.
  • Oversee contract design and implementation with channel partners.
  • Provide needs/gap analysis, support, and training to partners to ensure success.
  • Function as liaison between channel partner and manufacturer
  • Provide support via joint sales calls to end-user when requested by channel partners.
  • Identify and onboard new channel partners.
  • Develop and provide marketing intelligence to manufacturer.
  • Identify and onboard new channel partners.
  • Provide support and training to partners to ensure success.
  • Manage the performance of existing partners and develop strategies to improve their sales and revenue.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with partners, and work closely with them to achieve mutual goals.
  • Collaborate with the customer service team to align sales and channel efforts.
  • Monitor industry trends and stay up to date on competitors and market conditions.
  • Create and manage channel partner forecasts and expectations.
  • Develop and implement channel partner programs, such as training, marketing, and incentives.
  • Measure and report on the performance of channel partners
  • Identify and resolve conflicts and challenges within the channel.
  • Provide support and guidance to partners on product and solution offerings.
  • Attend industry events and conferences to build relationships and promote the brand.

Education:

\xc2\xb7 Bachelor\'s degree in business or engineering is preferred.

Licenses/Certifications:

Experience:

\xc2\xb7 5-10 years of experience in channel management or sales role

Skills:

\xc2\xb7 Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software

\xc2\xb7 Strong verbal and written communication skills, with experience presenting to

partners and stakeholders.

\xc2\xb7 Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies

\xc2\xb7 Knowledge of oil and gas valve products and applications

\xc2\xb7 Ability to build and maintain relationships with partners.

\xc2\xb7 Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills

\xc2\xb7 Time management and organizational skills

\xc2\xb7 Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

\xc2\xb7 Flexibility and adaptability to change.

\xc2\xb7 A desire to learn and grow in the channel management field.

Physical Demands:
