JHU\'s Zanvyl Krieger School of Arts and Sciences, established at the university\'s founding in 1876, created the Advanced Academic Programs division in 1991 to further the university\'s mission of educating and cultivating lifelong learners. AAP seeks a forward-thinking, highly collaborative, and entrepreneurial individual to join its leadership team and invites applications for the position of Director of Faculty Affairs. The Director of Faculty Affairs is an academic and administrative leader responsible for the support of 60 full-time and part-time teaching line faculty and 450 adjuncts. The Director of Faculty Affairs is a member of the division\'s senior leadership team, reporting to the associate dean of Graduate and Professional Programs and supervises and leads a team of three full-time employees.
