About the Role \xe2\x80\x93 Director of Guest Experience
The Director of Guest Experience will have direct oversight of the Front of House operations in achieving strategic priorities of 5 Star Service Rankings, Customer Service Metrics, World of Hyatt Enrollments and Awareness, excellence in colleague engagement, incremental upsell opportunities, HPOR and other key financial metrics. This leadership role will play a key part in defining, establishing and maintaining our guest experience. The role has a broad set of responsibilities and decision-making authority. This role reports directly to the Assistant Director of Rooms and the Director of Rooms and works closely with other department and division heads to achieve results. The candidate selected for this position must be able to articulate goals while mentoring and coaching leadership and colleague experience that inspires adoption of initiatives and teamwork toward objectives that alights with hotel senior leadership, owners and asset managers.
The salary range for this position is $76,700 - $115,300. This is the pay range for this position that Park Hyatt Aviara reasonably expects to pay. Decisions regarding individual salaries will be based on a number of factors, such as experience and education.

\xc2\xb7 Preferred experience with 5 Star Hotels & Resorts in a luxury capacity of delivering outstanding guest experience. Including but not limited to Front of House Experience such as Front Office Manager, Guest Experience, Guest Services, Food & Beverage, Spa and/or Recreation.
\xc2\xb7 Prior experience as Director of Housekeeping or Executive Housekeeping Manager preferred
\xc2\xb7 General Skills: Must be able to perform job functions with attention to detail, speed and accuracy; prioritize, organize and follow-up; be a clear thinker, remaining calm and resolving problems using good judgment
\xc2\xb7 Must have flexible schedule
\xc2\xb7 Ability to work with minimal supervision; maintain confidentiality of information and pertinent data
