We are a locally owned In-Home Care Agency that provides 24/7 around the clock care to Seniors in the comfort of their homes. We are looking for an HR manager, who has experience managing people, overseeing projects, and staff is capable of working with others, offers clear communication, and takes the initiative!Responsibilities of this role:

• Assisting with the hiring and onboarding of new Caregivers
• Assisting with the Sales and onboarding of new Clients
• Managing our team of 50+ and growing Caregivers
• Overseeing Client & Caregiver Satisfaction
• Resolving Client & Caregiver Issues and Concerns
• Maintaining Communication between other department heads
• Attending weekly virtual group calls
• Overseeing and using multiple key software programs

Job Type:

• Full-time

Salary:

• $600.00 - $1,000.00 per week

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Required)

Experience:

• Expert in Apple devices (iphones, ipads, macbooks, apple watch)
• Customer Support Skills: 1 year (Required)
• Google Docs & Sheets: 1 years (Required)
• Managing a team of at least 40 Associates: 1 year (Required)
• Management Experience: 1 year (Required)

Language:

• Fluent English (Required)

License/Certification:

• Driver\'s License (Required)

Shift availability:

• Day Shift (Required)
• Night Shift (On-call)

Willingness to travel:

• 50% (Required), the remainder will be remote.
