Our client, a BPO (business process outsourcing) company is seeking a Director of Human Resources to join their team. As a Director of Human Resources, you will be head of the Western US HR Team supporting 20 employees, and have 3 direct reports. The ideal candidate will have change management skills, a flexible, entrepreneurial spirit and an "open door policy" which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: Mesa, Arizona

Pay Range: $125K - $150K

What\xe2\x80\x99s the Job?

  • Coach and assist operational and support group mgmt. teams with employee relations matters including investigations, terminations, leave and disability mgmt., employee relations concerns and issues.
  • Support program execution and implementation associates with people-related change initiatives and HR deliverables.
  • Produce accurate metrics and reports, collaborate with various depts. and leaders, locally and across the globe managing and driving results of our people operations programs.
  • Design and facilitate HR related training programs to front-line mgmt., support depts. and hourly employees.
  • Support and drive the culture within all teams and programming.
What\xe2\x80\x99s Needed?
  • 7-10 years of HR experience with progressively increasing roles and responsibilities.
  • Certificate or degree in Business with a major in Human Resources. (SHRM designation a plus).
  • Experience supervising a team (BPO/Customer Service Industry exp. a huge plus!).
  • Strong people and problem solving abilities, including handling escalated situations and people to effective resolution.
  • Strong business and HR acumen including critical thinking, analysis, and ability to influence and partner with different levels of the company to achieve results.
