The Director of Learning and Development will report to the Vice President of Human Resources. The Director is responsible for developing and providing the essential education and training needs of all staff to ensure they have the necessary knowledge and skills to perform their job. The Director will implement the organization\xe2\x80\x99s current multi-year training needs model and continue to assess the training needs of the organization. The Director will research, design and implement effective methods to educate, train and measure the performance efficiency of the workforce. This position is eligible for a generous benefits package including 4 weeks of vacation within the first year of employment. The salary range for this position is up to $85,000 a year.
