Radians is looking for a growth-oriented strategic marketing leader who can drive our company\'s business through innovative marketing strategies. As The Director of Marketing, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic marketing initiatives across all channels while building and managing a high-performing marketing team. The Director of Marketing will develop and deliver a clear defined strategy that supports aggressive markets and enhances brand equity. Additionally, this position will be responsible for managing product portfolio, business and market development, product implementation, market research, product training, advertising, planning, promotion, and managing all marketing functions thus achieving the companies\' sales, growth, and profitability objectives.

The ideal candidate for this role will possess Product Marketing Management (PMM). A background in Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) in a manufacturing environment is a plus.

DIRECTOR OF MARKETING ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES ARE:

• Collaborate closely with the executive management, product management, and the sales team to align marketing efforts with company goals as well as the development of new products and their associated pipeline from inception to commercialization.
• Utilize CRM software (HubSpot) and digital marketing tools and techniques to optimize marketing campaigns.
• Oversee and optimize digital marketing efforts, including website, social media, online advertising, training, and SEO/SEM campaigns.
• Lead the continued execution of a training curriculum, creating a learning environment on our products for our employees and customers.
• Provide coaching and support to the existing marketing team, ensuring their professional growth and development all while fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
• Stay updated on competitors, industry trends, packaging, and market dynamics to be able to build unique value propositions and brand equity.
• Preparation of the company\'s communication and presentations for internal and external purposes
• The development of new customer and new product proposals
• Management of trade shows, advertising, and catalog and print production, etc.
• Other duties as assigned.

DIRECTOR OF MARKETING SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: Manage all marketing employees and activities for the company.

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor\'s degree in marketing or business required, advanced degree preferred.
• 15+ years of experience in progressive Marketing / Sales roles at the management level.
• Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
• Strong analytical, planning, forecasting, and financial skills.
• Extremely strong computer skills
• Must have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to articulate a strategy in a way that motivates a team to achieve the divisions\' goals.
• Ability to travel as needed for trade shows and customer presentations.
• Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedures.
• Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
• Ability to work with mathematical and reasoning concepts such as:
• Probability and statistical inference
• Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, and proportions to practical situations.
• Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
• Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
