DIRECTOR OF NURSING - RN or LPN - BASE WAGE:

• Up to $70,000 annual salary

DIRECTOR OF NURSING - RN or LPN - ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

• Overall responsibility for running the healthcare department and ensuring quality resident care
• Director of Nursing will complete assessments on all prospective residents and re-assessments as needed/annually
• Complete plan of care on all new admits and revise as needed/annually
• Utilize PointClickCare for all resident documentation \xe2\x80\x93 assessments, level of care, plan of care, charting, service updates, communication to floor staff, etc.
• Communicate with MDs on resident concerns, changes, updates, etc.
• Coordinate with the pharmacy and providers on necessary medication concerns
• Director of Nursing - will oversee Healthcare team and delegating to staff providing personal cares/medication administration
• Responsible for adequate staff at 24/7 healthcare facility
• Director of Nursing - will ensure resident charts and cares are complete per state compliance and licensure
• Maintenance of personal care supplies and PPE \xe2\x80\x93 ensuring adequate inventory and ordering as needed

DIRECTOR OF NURSING - RN or LPN - REQUIREMENTS:

• Current Wisconsin Registered Nurse RN License OR
• Current Wisconsin Licensed Practical Nurse LPN License
• Healthcare management experience
• Minimum of 2 years working in a Senior Living environment
• Listening and problem-solving skills
• Excellent decision making and goal setting abilities
• Commitment to the elderly and their well-being
