Product & Position Summary:

Menufy.com is a leading online platform in the restaurant menu ordering industry, connecting customers with their favorite local restaurants. We are seeking a talented and experienced E-Commerce Director to take ownership of the Menufy product, drive enhancements, and transform it into a formidable marketplace for restaurant online ordering. As the E-Commerce Director, you will be responsible for identifying and resolving issues, collaborating with engineers to implement solutions, and launching a stellar product that exceeds customer expectations.

This is a remote role but may not be performed in the following states: California, Colorado, Maine, Minnesota, New York, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Washington D.C, or Washington. Access to an office space is available in Overland Park, KS and Houston, TX.

Responsibilities:

• Product Ownership: Take full ownership of the Menufy product, understanding its features, functionalities, and user experience. Develop a deep understanding of the restaurant menu ordering market and identify opportunities for product enhancements and differentiation.
• Product Enhancement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and marketing, to define and prioritize product enhancements that improve user experience, drive customer satisfaction, and increase order volumes. Utilize your expertise in the restaurant menu ordering space to develop innovative features and functionality.
• Issue Resolution: Identify and troubleshoot issues related to the Menufy platform, working closely with engineers to develop effective solutions. Ensure timely resolution of technical issues and work to continuously improve system stability and performance.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with key stakeholders, including restaurant partners, customers, and internal teams, to gather feedback, understand pain points, and translate requirements into actionable product improvements. Serve as the voice of the customer and advocate for their needs throughout the product development lifecycle.
• Product Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy for Menufy.com, aligning it with the company\'s overall vision and goals. Stay updated with industry trends and competitor offerings, providing insights and recommendations to drive product differentiation and market leadership.
• Project Management: Manage the end-to-end product development process, including gathering requirements, defining specifications, setting milestones, and ensuring timely delivery. Coordinate with engineering teams, prioritize tasks, and manage resources effectively to meet project deadlines.
• Launch and Adoption: Lead the successful launch of new features and enhancements, collaborating with marketing and sales teams to drive user adoption and engagement. Develop product documentation, training materials, and go-to-market strategies to support product launches.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 4 years of product management experience in the eCommerce or online ordering industry. Strong knowledge of the restaurant menu ordering space is highly desirable.
• Technical Aptitude: Solid understanding of software development processes and technologies, with the ability to collaborate effectively with engineers to drive technical solutions.
• Problem-Solving: Proven ability to analyze complex problems, think critically, and develop innovative solutions. Strong troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve product-related issues.
• Leadership Skills: Demonstrated leadership capabilities with the ability to drive cross-functional teams towards a common goal. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and execute a strategic product roadmap, aligning it with business objectives and customer needs. Strong market research and competitive analysis skills.
• Results-Oriented: Track record of delivering high-quality products on time and within budget. A proactive and self-motivated approach to achieving product goals and driving continuous improvement.
