Job Description

Responsibilities: -Greater Atlanta area based position. Oversee all Quality Assurance and SQF practices/procedures for our three snack food manufacturing plants based in GA, NY and WV. -Supervise and coordinate efforts for plant level Quality Assurance Managers at each facility
- Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Oversee the design and implementation of quality control processes and systems to monitor product and service quality.
- Conduct regular quality audits to identify areas for improvement and ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement corrective actions for quality issues.
- Lead and manage a team of quality assurance professionals, providing guidance, training, and support.
- Develop and maintain documentation of quality assurance processes, procedures, and results.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in quality assurance. Qualifications:
- Bachelor\'s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field such as Quality Assurance, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Proven experience in quality assurance roles, preferably in a leadership position.
- Strong knowledge of QA/QC principles, HACCP, quality audits, quality inspection, project management, quality control, quality management, quality systems, CGMP, and FDA regulations.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to identify trends and patterns in data.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to cross-functional teams.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and precision.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
