Safety-Kleen is looking for a Director of Service Delivery to join their safety conscious team! This is a leadership position that oversees and manages the Central Routing Organization. The ideal candidate will drive operational growth, provide routing innovation and solutions, and lead a team of regional routing managers and their direct reports. The Director of Service Delivery will work closely with field service organizations and other leaders to create an efficient network of delivery schedules and plans. The Director of Service Delivery will also ensure the company\xe2\x80\x99s On Time Performance and Route Attainment KPI\xe2\x80\x99s meet or exceed the company\xe2\x80\x99s standards for service delivery excellence.

Position is based at our company headquarters in Norwell, MA. Relocation will be provided if needed.

• Support senior leadership to set the vision and goals for route planning and manage people and processes to achieve those goals and objectives.
• Lead a team of route planners by providing guidance, coaching, and setting clear short and long-term objectives. Holds team accountable to meet these goals.
• Partner with Product and Engineering teams to drive technical enhancements to technology hardware and software platforms that drive productivity and service quality improvements.
• Partner with SVPs, EVPs, and District Managers on strategic operational projects.
• Bring routing expertise and best practices to the markets on a regular cadence.

• 8+ years of progressive experience in business leadership, with a focus on strategy development and implementation; experience working within a transportation environment highly valued; waste industry experience is a plus.
• Dispatch and multi-stop routing experience preferred.
• Knowledge of routing applications like Descartes Route, Omnitracs RoadNet or other 3rd party routing solution software.
• Ability to prioritize, implement new initiates, embrace change, contribute under pressure, and meet deadlines.
• Project Management experience; Start to finish coordination with functional groups.
• Experience analyzing data and presenting to senior leadership.
