What you\xe2\x80\x99ll do

We will be looking to you to plan, organize, implement, and evaluate the social services program to make sure the emotional and psycho-social needs of residents are met. You\xe2\x80\x99ll also maintain relationships with families as well. Both residents and your team members will rely on you and your knowledge of the healthcare system and will look to you for guidance when it comes to navigating their care options and overcoming any barriers they encounter. We count on you to approach every interaction with kindness, compassion, and empathy.

What it takes

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in social work required and a current unencumbered license to practice as a Licensed Social Worker in the state of Ohio
• Five years experience in a healthcare and/or human services environment required
• Experience in patient advocacy required
