Job Summary:
Hoskinson Contracting LLC is a leading construction company specializing in commercial, and health care projects. As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director to oversee our Support Services which include our team of Engineers, Finance Officer, and Procurement Specialists to join our team and drive our growth to new heights.

As the Director of Support Services at Hoskinson Contracting, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and optimizing our day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency, productivity, and profitability. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to streamline processes, enhance project delivery, and maximize resource utilization. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in construction management, proven leadership skills, and a strategic mindset to lead our company through its next phase of growth.

Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic leadership and direction to all support functions within the company.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize efficiency and productivity across all departments.
• Oversee design processes to ensure timely completion, adherence to budget, and quality control.
• Collaborate with executive team members to set and achieve company goals and objectives.
• Identify opportunities for business growth and expansion, and develop plans to capitalize on them.
• Establish and maintain effective communication channels between departments to foster collaboration and teamwork.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track operational performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Continuing to monitor and change systems and processes.
• Experience with P&L and forecasting.
• Lead and mentor a high-performing team, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and excellence.
• Data analysis for growth
• Work with staff around onboarding and training. May oversee hiring firing and managing the team.
• Running day-to-day and taking anything and everything off of the CEO.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor\'s degree in Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
• Proven track record of success in a senior leadership role within a service industry. Tech industry is a desired field.
• Strong understanding of operations, project management principles, and best practices.
• Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve goals.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to drive results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and collaborating with stakeholders at all levels.
• Commitment to upholding the highest standards of integrity, ethics, and professionalism.
