Director, Oncology Pharmacology
Job Description
My client is expanding and seeks a Director to take on the following tasks:
\xc2\xb7 Serve as a scientific liaison for internal and external partnerships, driving collaborative oncology research.
\xc2\xb7 Direct operations, staff, and core functions, ensuring quality, timeliness, and accuracy.
\xc2\xb7 Manage strategic expansion of the laboratory footprint and services, identifying and implementing processes to enhance efficiency and utility.
\xc2\xb7 Foster the professional development of staff through performance evaluations and targeted mentoring programs.
\xc2\xb7 Spearhead the implementation and adoption of an advanced electronic data management system to streamline research processes.
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualities:
\xc2\xb7 PhD or MS with specialized experience in oncology pharmacology and 10+ years of experience.
\xc2\xb7 Proven track record of successfully managing projects and personnel.
\xc2\xb7 Strong desire to contribute to the growth and success of an expanding organization.
This role is on-site in San Antonio, and my client offers a relocation package.
