Join our dynamic Marketing team as our new Regional Director Marketing today!A few details about the role:Provide strategic focus and marketing leadership for assigned communities, across integrated multi-channel marketing campaigns with the goal of meeting sales and occupancy targets. Provide marketing subject matter expertise for strategic consultation across the portfolio, including, but not limited to, owned media, earned media, SEO/content, direct mail, and reputation management.Craft and execute brand-unique marketing plans for assigned communities, ensuring alignment with their unique business challenges, sales objectives, and target audience needs.Create and manage integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns designed to attract, engage, and convert prospects into qualified leads that support occupancy and sales goals. Oversee localized content strategy to support business and SEO goals.Architect and implement continuous, personalized lead nurturing initiatives to guide prospects through the buyer journey and into the sales funnel.Partner with Manager Marketing Analytics to provide regular updates on marketing performance, community-specific metrics, and industry trends to support strategic decisions and drive continuous improvement.Organize and execute in-person and virtual lead generation and lead nurture events, including community-hosted and sponsored opportunities. Effectively convey value as a representative of the communityxe2x80x99s served when speaking at community, outreach and lead generation events.Partner with sales teams, community leadership, cross-functional marketing teams, freelancers, and cross-agency teams from multiple agencies, to align messaging and campaigns with sales objectives and the target audience. Keep strict adherence to timelines to meet required delivery dates.Build and maintain strategic relationships with vendors, contractors, lead referral sources, community organizations, influencers, media, and event venues to enhance marketing initiatives and expand lead generation opportunities.Lead creative strategy based on brand nuance and insights, overseeing the creation and deployment of scalable marketing assets, including sales collateral, merchandising, asset development (i.e. photoshoots), digital content, and branding elements tailored to community needs. Ensure that the work meets quality and performance standards, including, but not limited to direct mail, digital creative, targeting, printing and graphic design.Possesses a deep understanding of the assigned communitiesxe2x80x99 key business metrics and market conditions inclusive of vacancy rates by residence, CRM data, pricing opportunities and challenges, competitive threats, and aligning marketing on the unique business challenges of each community.Keep communities aligned with established community and enterprise brand standards. Ensure all campaigns, messaging, and materials align with established brand standards and meet quality benchmarks.Own the marketing budget for your communities, reallocating resources based on performance insights and reporting updates to stakeholders, including the Chief Marketing Officer, to ensure alignment and buy-in.And herexe2x80x99s what you need to apply:Bachelorxe2x80x99s degree in public relations, communications, journalism, marketing, or a related field.Eight to ten years progressively increasing marketing and communications experience.Lifespace has enjoyed over 40 years of success, and this is just the beginning.
