With Domo, companies get intuitive, agile data experiences that power exponential business impact.POSITION SUMMARY:Domo is a public company looking for a seasoned and strategic equity plan professional to own the success of our employee stockholder initiatives. As a key member of our Legal team, you would serve as the subject-matter expert regarding all matters related to employee stock plans including, taxation, domestic and international compliance, day-to-day administration and plan design. This role will closely work with Legal, Human Resources, Accounting and Tax to execute on our initiatives to align employees with stockholder interests and accelerate our growth.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Own the management and execution of our Global Stock Equity Administration Program, including restricted stock units, stock options, and our employee stock purchase plan;
  • Prepare grant lists for committee approval;
  • Maintain our Equity Edge Online database and perform periodic reconciliations to our other systems and records;
  • Initiate, manage and oversee all vesting schedules and ensure equity awards are granted with the proper vesting attributes;
  • Responsible for all equity transactions including stock option exercises and RSU releases, company-wide;
  • Administer all aspects of our Employee Stock Purchase program (ESPP), including tracking enrollment, accounting for employee purchase contributions, processing purchases, settlement and recording the payroll and accounting for the transactions;
  • Serve as a liaison between employees, broker, and transfer agent if needed;
  • Collaborate with Legal, Accounting, and Payroll;
  • Serve as a direct resource to employees and conduct periodic employee training on our equity plans and policies;
  • Assist with international employer equity tax reporting;
  • Facilitate timely tax withholding globally;
  • Prepare and file Section 16 reports on Forms 3, 4 and 5;
  • Assist with preparation of equity-related tables for proxy statement;
  • Handle all month-end and quarter-end responsibilities;
  • Manage and report out on the ESPP participation rates;
  • Partner with the Accounting team to ensure the proper recognition of all expense related to share-based compensation and the completion of equity related footnotes in our financial statements and forecasted share counts for street guidance;
  • Perform other ad hoc duties related to the stock administration as requested.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
  • BA degree in Accounting or Finance;
  • CEP certification a strong plus or equivalent industry expertise;
  • 7 or more years in stock administration (with a public company);
  • Deep, detailed experience with ISO, NQs, RSA, RSU, PSU, PSO and ESPP equity vehicles;
  • Experience with stock roll forwards, equity reconciliations and DWAC;
  • Experience with board and comp committee grant package preparation;
  • International equity experience, including mobile employee taxation, strongly preferred;
  • Experience working with different types of equity plans in public companies;
  • Experience in recurring metrics tracking and analysis a plus.
