Position Summary...What you\'ll do...The Walmart Tax Department is looking for a Director, Global Tax Reform to join our Global Tax Operations Team.ABOUT THE TEAM:Our Global Tax Operations Team is responsible for U.S. Federal, State and U.S. International income tax compliance and reporting, global consolidations and tax accounting and reporting, modelling income tax impacts, tax forecasting, planning, and analysis, U.S. domestic and state income tax planning, and income tax credits.ABOUT THE POSITIONThis is a newly created role. Reporting to the Vice President of Tax Operations, this role will manage the implementation of global law changes, including the implementation of tax compliance solutions for OECD initiatives. This role will work closely with the Sr. Director II, International Tax Policy and the Director, Modeling.You\'ll sweep us off our feet if\xe2\x80\xa6

• Possess a strong blend of Tax technical and technology skills with an emphasis on building efficient and controlled processes
• You have 8+ years of experience in tax reporting and compliance and experience working in a SOX compliant role
• You work well with others and can serve a variety of business partners
• You possess excellent oral and written communication skills
• You\'re knowledgeable about SAP or similar ERP systems
• You can work with new rules and ambiguity to develop analysis and guidance on novel issues
• You can issue spot and provide guidance to executive leadership to facilitate decision-making
• You have a proven track record of developing and training the team to grow in their careers
• You have an MBA or Master\'s in Accountancy or Tax
• CPA preferred
• You have 5+ years in a leadership position
