Under general supervision, the Disaster Case Manager counsels and aids disaster survivors, individuals and/or families requiring one or more forms of services; interviews clients experiencing problems with personal and family adjustments, finances, employment, food, housing, physical and mental impairments, and/or similar areas; secures and evaluates applicable related information; refers clients to community resources and other organizations. The Disaster Case Manager must demonstrate an active commitment to Catholic Charities Mission and strive to incorporate the four Core Values in all aspects of daily work.
EDUCATIONAL & WORK REQUIREMENTS: Must have a Bachelor's degree in social services or related field plus a minimum of three (3) years experience working with the assigned population. High school diploma may be substituted with an additional 4 years experience working with the assigned population.
EMPLOYMENT CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS: FBI Clearance, HI/National Sex Offender Clearance, HI State Criminal Check, Driver's License, Access to Vehicle with Current Valid Registration, Safety Check, and No-Fault Insurance, Education Verification
COMPENSATION: $51,990.37 - $59,500.73
