We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Dishwasher/Busser to join our team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and dining areas, ensuring a pleasant experience for our guests. Duties

Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans using commercial dishwashing equipment. Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area by sweeping, mopping, and taking out the trash as needed. Assist servers by bussing tables promptly after guests leave, ensuring that all dishes and utensils are cleared efficiently. Help with food preparation tasks as directed by the kitchen staff, contributing to the overall food service process. Ensure that all kitchen equipment is cleaned and stored properly after use. Support banquet setups and breakdowns as required during special events. Adhere to all health and safety regulations while performing duties.

Requirements

Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not mandatory. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Strong teamwork skills with a willingness to help others as needed. Basic knowledge of food service practices is an advantage. Must be able to stand for long periods and lift moderate weights (up to 30 pounds). A positive attitude and commitment to providing excellent customer service are essential.
