Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Dishwasher to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness by performing dishwashing duties while also preparing high-quality pizza dough according to established recipes. This role requires a reliable, detail-oriented individual who can work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and take pride in both cleanliness and food preparation.

Dishwashing Duties:

Cleaning:

Wash dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and other kitchen equipment either manually or using commercial dishwashing machines. Sort, load, and unload dishwashing equipment promptly and efficiently.

Sanitation:

Ensure that all items are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized in compliance with health and safety regulations. Maintain cleanliness in the dishwashing area, including surfaces, floors, and equipment.

Support:

Assist in routine kitchen cleaning and organization as needed. Monitor and replenish cleaning supplies, notifying management when restocking is necessary.

Pizza Dough Preparation (No Experience Needed we will Train)

Qualifications

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and commitment to high standards of cleanliness. Basic math and measuring skills for accurate ingredient portions. Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team. Ability to stand for extended periods. Capability to lift up to 50 pounds. Comfortable working in a hot, wet, and busy kitchen environment.

Pay: $7.50 - $10.00 per hour
