Summary/Objective The Debrief/Happy check position is an integral part of our dispatch team. The Debriefer speaks with the technicians after every job, making sure all components of the call have taken place, making sure payment was received, notes were done, photos were taken, etc. Once the Debriefer is done with the technician, they then give the client a call immediately, ensuring that the client is feeling that their expectations were exceeded. If they werent, the Debriefer will follow-up with the technician, manager, the appropriate person to get things taken care of. Essential Functions

• Accurately input client information into electronic systems
• Uphold and carry out company policies and procedures
• Addressing client questions and concerns
• Debrief all departments as needed
• Attention to details
• Holding the techs accountable if the process is incomplete
• Ability to multitask efficiently
• Following our processes correctly
• Making calls to Clients to be sure they are happy with our servic

Work Environment This job operates in residential homes and commercial business environments. This role routinely uses basic hand tools such as torches, pumps, gauges, multimeters, pressure indicators, power saws and operates standard office equipment such as laptop computers and smartphones. Position Type/Expected Hours of Work This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday 9:00am to 6:00pm. All Hours Plumbing, Heating and Air is a 24/7 hour business. Work schedules will vary to meet business demands Required Education and Expertise

• High school diploma or GED equivalent required.

• Computer literate and proficient using G-Suite, Service Titan, Slack, Voxer, Zoom etc.

• Experience using office machinery (fax, printer, copier, phone systems etc.).

• Excellent customer service skills.

• Organized and detail-oriented.

• Outstanding communicator both verbally and written.
