Position summary
As an integral part of the Sales team, the Distribution Sales Manager \xe2\x80\x93 Book Publishing is responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring a strategic sales plan for Solution Tree and Marzano Resources print and electronic (\xe2\x80\x98eBook\xe2\x80\x99) resources in key market segments. This includes key accounts in retail, wholesale, and specialty channels, with the opportunity to manage world renown clients such as Amazon, Barnes & Noble, Follett, and Ingram.
Additional responsibilities of the Distribution Sales Manager \xe2\x80\x93 Book Publishing may include management of term-of-contract outside sales groups. This could include working with institutions of higher education or possibly even smaller book distributors.
This is a remote position, and the overall territory includes accounts in both the United States and Canada. There is the possibility of other international accounts as well.
The incumbent can reside most anywhere in the contiguous United States and will report to the Vice President of Sales. The selected candidate will enjoy a competitive base salary, commission program, and a comprehensive benefits package.
