Overview


We are seeking a motivated and results-driven District Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive growth within the designated territory. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in insurance sales and demonstrate expertise in lead generation, territory management, and business to business sales. This role requires a strategic thinker who can analyze market trends and implement effective sales strategies to maximize performance.

Responsibilities



Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and increase market share within the district. Manage and mentor a team of sales representatives, providing guidance on cold calling techniques and territory management. Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities and enhance existing relationships. Utilize Salesforce to track sales activities, manage leads, and generate reports for performance analysis. Conduct regular training sessions for the sales team to improve skills in inside sales, retail sales, and territory sales. Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional strategies that align with market demands. Monitor competitor activities and adjust strategies accordingly to maintain a competitive edge in the market. Foster a positive team environment that encourages collaboration, innovation, and high performance.

Requirements



Proven experience in insurance sales or related fields with a strong understanding of lead generation techniques. Demonstrated success in managing territory sales and achieving sales targets. Proficiency in using Salesforce or similar CRM software for tracking customer interactions and managing leads. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions based on market analysis. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport with clients and team members. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating leadership qualities that inspire others. A proactive approach to problem-solving with a focus on delivering results in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $120,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year
