Job Title District Service Manager - Imaging Systems (Travel: Iowa/Wisconsin)As a District Service Manager, you will lead and manage a team of Field Service Engineers for Imaging Systems customer services, participating in the development and implementation of strategic and tactical plans to achieve annual revenue targets from core business and value-added services. Your team will be responsible for customer satisfaction, performing to maintain and enhance the image of Philips in the local marketplace.Your role:

• Approximately 60% travel across the specified geography (Iowa and Wisconsin) is required. The average driving time is 1-4 hours daily. Occasional overnight stays and travel by air and/or train may be required.

You\'re the right fit if:

• You\xe2\x80\x99ve acquired 7+ years of experience in leadership within equipment services or sales. Diagnostic imaging or related healthcare technology background highly preferred.
• Your skills include solid experience managing a profit/loss business and the ability to develop and implement strategic initiatives to generate growth in revenue; ability to create competitive strategies and plans.
• You have a bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree. MBA preferred.
• You have excellent leadership, teamwork, influencing, mentoring, coaching, and interpersonal skills; excellent analytical, organization, and time management skills; effective communication skills including demonstrated stand-up presentation skills, group facilitation, and ability to effectively interact with customers.

.Philips Transparency DetailsThe annual pay range for this position in IA is $98,000 to $166,000.The annual pay range for this position in WI is $103,000 to $175,000.This role also includes company fleet/car, training, and advancement opportunities. The actual base pay offered may vary depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.
