Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled Dock Supervisor to oversee the daily operations at our warehouse facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the inbound and outbound flow of goods, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in all dock activities. Duties: - Coordinate and supervise dock operations, including loading and unloading of shipments
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- Manage inventory control and accuracy on the dock
- Collaborate with warehouse staff to optimize processes and productivity
- Utilize AS400 system for tracking and reporting purposes
- Oversee forklift operations and maintenance
- Implement process improvements to enhance workflow efficiency
- Monitor order fulfillment to meet customer demands
- Assist in demand planning and forecasting activities
- Work with third-party logistics (3PL) providers for transportation planning Qualifications: - Previous experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or similar role
- Proficiency in using AS400 system for warehouse management
- Strong knowledge of lean principles and process improvement techniques
- Familiarity with order fulfillment processes and demand planning
- Ability to operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills Shift:

• Monday-Friday 4:45am-2:15pm
