Bridge Marina is seeking additional members for the Operations Team in Lake Hopatcong, NJ. At Bridge Marina you will enjoy the outdoors, working with boats on the water, helping friendly guests and prospects who are generally happy to see you. We are seeking seasonal part-time and full-time, and full-time year-round applicants. Pay rate is $16-$19 per hour + Tips + Incentives (potentially $18-$25 hour in-season!)

You will be in an active marina environment, with boats and boaters on a regular basis. Your role will help and support a friendly roster of boaters\xe2\x80\x99 looking for a safe and enjoyable time on the water. You will be caring for a well-maintained fleet and marina. You will receive significant support, as well as training in our processes, marina systems, boat handling skills, customer service and more. You will gain access to fun perks like \xe2\x80\x98staff events on the water\xe2\x80\x99, other boating opportunities, incentives as well as rewarding times on and around the water working with a great team.

Some responsibilities are:

• Promote safe and fun boating experiences.
• Be a great team player.
• Provide support to Boating Club, Boat Rental, Fuel Dock, and Marina guests.
• Maintain cleanliness of all marina docks and grounds.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness of Bridge Marina fleet.
• Providing orientations for boaters.
• Operate powerboats from 18 to 25 feet.

The Requirements for the Role

• Boating certificate or equivalent or 2+ years boating experience
• Flexible schedule including each weekend during the summer months.
• Teamwork skills and ability to be helpful and courteous with teammates.
• Valid and clean automobile driver\xe2\x80\x99s license.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background/drug screen.

This position is in Lake Hopatcong, NJ. The role is primarily outdoors in the marina, on boats and docks, and on the water, however, you may find yourself occasionally working inside as well. We are seeking teammates who can work weekends and holidays as that is the nature of this work. We are seeking both part-time and full-time seasonal, and full-time, year-round applicants.

Advancement and increases are available and are encouraged to competent teammates. Additional seasonal \xe2\x80\x98Retention Incentives\xe2\x80\x99 may range up to $1,000 or more!
